first thing you should know is, i deliver trusses, usually three loads a day,a lot of times to a pin drop because the address doesn't exist yet, I love this GPS OTR620 and the app, I would like to see more of a road edit, but I can at least block roads that are private or to small for truck and trailer. I always look at the end of the route because it isn't always the best at deciding approach, I can easily adjust for oversize dimensions or tell it I'm in my car. get a case for it!

it works, and works alright. i wish there was a map editor on this app, where you can add a route's points and send the to the device. Adding points on the OTR710 is a nightmare, it's so slow! I don't know, for $100 I can get a decent phone that will be nice and quick. unlike otr710 for $500 that is like 5 FPS, it is extremely slow and laggy. It's been working for me for 3 years, but I spend too much time setting up the route every time. Can't you guys get a decent CPU and a RAM for that price?

update-still no help from Garmin. I have Googled what I can do and have done everything it says. Thanks for nothing Garmin. App just continues to say Login Failed. I have reinstalled the app and tried everything I can. I Have even gone on the website and logged in there. Update- after a couple of months and no resolution I give up. All Garmin will tell me is "we don't know and we have no ETA on a solution." Deleted the app and without the app the unit is pretty much useless.
